Enjoying an English Tea at Miss Spenser's was a very special treat. We enjoyed our trip from the moment we entered the beautiful tea room. The china, place settings, food presentation, and service were the best! The food, of course, was wonderful. Miss Spenser's Special Tea is truly one of Iowa's special assets. I continue to recommend this establishment to my friends and relatives.
