I am trying to be optomistic because it was the weekend of the street fair. I took my daughter to try the tea room that is closest to our home. We have been to other tea rooms so we had something to compare to. Sadly this did not measure up. We had a 12:30 reservation. We were greeted promptly and that is about where it went south. We received our tea by 12:45 and finally our first course one scone came at 1:05. No description just a plate drop. Our next course was a very small salad again no communication to what was being served. 2:00 came and we received our sandwiches. I asked the girl what was on the plate she had no clue and had to get someone else to explain. 2:25 We got our dessert plate with a description this time. I really cant complain about the food it was very good and the tea it self was great. I just felt the time between plates was too long and the salad was way too small. It was only a 4 course serving and I think 2 hours was a bit to long. I would definately stop by to pick up scones to go. Another tea service I think not.

Jody - Thank you for your review. We strive to provide exemplary customer service and am very sorry to hear that your experience at the Red Brick were less than perfect. We try to respond to customer feedback very seriously. The weekend that you came for afternoon tea was a very busy weekend with the Street Fair outside and we also had new staff we were training that day. We feel that we do provide a better afternoon tea service than you experienced. We hope you will give us a second chance to impress you and stop back for tea and scones again!
