The Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe; which is located in down town Spokane was one of the best tea shops that I have had the pleasure to going to. As you come to this place many feelings come to mind including the beautiful garden that leads towards the front door. When I first got there I judged the tea Shoppe by how it looked in the outside but not by how it truly was. As I when up the second floor to the room where I ate with a couple of friends, I noticed many things that were in the room. To my right there was a shelf with cook books and recipes. There was also a book that I had the enjoyment of reading. In that book I saw how some dresses were made back in the time in the book it also told you how to make one and the lengths of material which you were going to need. In the book there were at least fifty different dresses that could have been made, but to see in detail the way dressed were made in the old days was very magnificent. In about five minutes after I had entered the building a young woman can and gave me the option of two different types of tea which she had in hand at the moment. I ended up doing caramel first and then I tried the peppermint. As my friends and I sat down for tea; Dawn Kiki the woman who owns this wonderful place brought forth a majestic silver tier with some food on it. At first I thought that this food was not going to fill us all up; but as more wonderful tea came we started to eat this marvelous food that was prepared by Laura Henegar. By the end we were all full and grateful that we had came to this remarkable place. Let us not forget Melanie Lenhart who also helped at the tea Shoppe when my friends and I were there. As I explore more places to go to; I will remember this place for its great service and wondrous food. I will return to this place with my mother as soon as I can.
