The tea was delightful! I had the Blue-tea-ful blue tea and my wife had the mocha rum Royale, which were steeped perfectly. The three tier tea service was a wonderful experience. I can't help but recommend Brambleberry Cottage.

I'm never disappointed when ordering here! I order Vegan due to food allergies and they always provide the best options! I can't even pick a favorite item but the cucumber sandwich is close! I ordered a to-go high tea for my birthday and it was absolutely amazing They even included a candle to make it extra special. Their attention to details never fails. It was a lovely way to enjoy some of my favorite teas and nibbles from home.

After being seated, we waited for twenty minutes before anyone approached our table. We were ready to walk out. They waited on the other party in our room, but not us. We were ignored for twenty minutes. The food and the tea was good, but not the service.

I first went to Brambleberry Cottage a few years ago, and have been back many times. Although I have visited other tea houses, and this one continues to be my favorite. It's one of the most relaxing places for me and my friends to sit back and forget the outside world while we catch up. The atmosphere is very laid back and sweet, with so many cute details and seasonal decorations. The proprietors, Dawn and Laura, are so wonderfully kind and knowledgeable about their tea. They are familiar with everything on their large tea menu and have always given great recommendations. They are also very accommodating to dietary restrictions, such as when a member of our group is lactose intolerant or vegetarian. They mix a large variety of their own tea blends in house. If I come into buy a tea which is currently out of stock, they often invite me to enjoy a free cup while they mix up a fresh blend of what I have requested. If you love tea and would like place away from the hustle and bustle to catch your breath, I can think of no better place to visit.

I read the reviews for this place and wonder if my visit occurred in the Twilight Zone. My daughter and I visited this place in December. we'd always wanted to go to "high tea." The cottage had peeling paint everywhere, inside and out. It screamed "run down old house." The tea rooms are crammed with outdated, tacky pseudo-victorian decorations, each with a big price tag stuck right on the front. It felt like an indoor yard sale. The food was very disappointing and featured frozen eclairs and bite-size cream puffs that probably came from the grocery store freezer aisle. When we arrived, there was a very loud table of 8 women - we were seated right next to them, with only a sheer curtain to separate us. Nobody else was in place, but for some reason, we had to sit RIGHT THERE. We had to listen to them for over 30 minutes of our tea service time. I'm sure that they would have been reasonable and quieted down, had the server made them aware of our presence. But we were told that they would be "leaving soon" and basically we just had to tough it out. I wish I would have just taken my daughter out to lunch, for almost $60 we certainly could have found something better.

Brambleberry is cute, kitschy (in the best way), and always satisfying. They have a wide tea selection, and lots of caffeine free varieties (the Pina Colada is unexpectedly good). The food is beautifully presented, delicious, and very filling. This shop is comfortable, calm, and doesn't take itself too seriously. I've even been sent home with samples on occasion. Service is great and they always seem to know when you need a new pot of tea. Highly recommended!

I have been to Brambleberry cottage for many special tea times and beautifully detailed Christmas Teas, but this last time was wonderful in a different way. A group of about 15 moms brought their school age daughters to experience putting on a tea while enjoying having tea. In the kitchen Laura showed them how to make scones and taught about different types of foods that can be offered for a tea time. Dawn showed the girls how to brew tea and taught about the many different varieties of teas. The girls learned how to set from fancy to simple tea tables, then set their own place setting for their tea. (then clean up after tea time) It was an enjoyable mother/daughter/friend time. Dawn and Laura, you are the best. Thank you for making this teaching time a memorable success!

I have been a tearoom owner for over 10 years. I had tea at Brambleberry Cottage today to celebrate my birthday with a friend. Both of us have a dairy intolerance. I have never been to a tearoom that could accommodate by food allergy as well as this tea room has. The food was outstanding and the best I've had in Spokane. Service was top notch and the food presentation was beautiful. It was so nice being able to have such a wonderful tea with my food challenges. I highly recommend this tea shop. Don't bother going anywhere else. This tea room will not disappoint you.

I was throwing a baby shower for my sister in law that is having a girl and on the suggestion of a friend I contacted Brambleberry to help me throw a wonderful shower. From the moment I emailed and talked to Dawn on the phone I was put at ease. She was so nice and helpful. I literally had to do nothing but show up. They took care of everything and even made a very special cookie recipe that I provided that the mom to be loved! I mean how much more caring and attention to detail can you get?! There were so many teas to choose from but they guided us through the process and we picked 5 amazing teas for 14 people. When two of the women in my party ended up needing decaf, they didn't even flinch and they brought a special pot with decaf. All of the food was amazing and I ate until I was full and then I ate some more. We had two people that were gluten free and one with nut allergies and they were so accommodating. I brought my 5 year old daughter and she was welcomed and even played with the owner's daughter. It was such a relaxing, friendly atmosphere full of wonderful food and delicious tea. I will definitely be returning. This place comes with my highest recommendation. I cannot say one bad thing about the whole experience!

We stopped in without a reservation, with our two young daughters, and Brambleberry gave us a warm welcome. They offered selections of sandwiches geared for our 3- and 6-year-old girls, and suggested hot chocolate in place of tea for our younger daughter, while steering our older daughter to an appropriate herbal tea, which she loved. The tea menu was extensive and comprehensive, and our selections were aptly described in the menu notes. Excellent selection of sandwiches, scones, and desserts. Calm and friendly, and the warm, inviting service elevated our visit to an excellent experience. We've already made plans to return next time we're in Spokane.

The Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe; which is located in down town Spokane was one of the best tea shops that I have had the pleasure to going to. As you come to this place many feelings come to mind including the beautiful garden that leads towards the front door. When I first got there I judged the tea Shoppe by how it looked in the outside but not by how it truly was. As I when up the second floor to the room where I ate with a couple of friends, I noticed many things that were in the room.

To my right there was a shelf with cook books and recipes. There was also a book that I had the enjoyment of reading. In that book I saw how some dresses were made back in the time in the book it also told you how to make one and the lengths of material which you were going to need. In the book there were at least fifty different dresses that could have been made, but to see in detail the way dressed were made in the old days was very magnificent.

In about five minutes after I had entered the building a young woman can and gave me the option of two different types of tea which she had in hand at the moment. I ended up doing caramel first and then I tried the peppermint. As my friends and I sat down for tea; Dawn Kiki the woman who owns this wonderful place brought forth a majestic silver tier with some food on it. At first I thought that this food was not going to fill us all up; but as more wonderful tea came we started to eat this marvelous food that was prepared by Laura Henegar. By the end we were all full and grateful that we had came to this remarkable place. Let us not forget Melanie Lenhart who also helped at the tea Shoppe when my friends and I were there.

As I explore more places to go to; I will remember this place for its great service and wondrous food. I will return to this place with my mother as soon as I can.

Walking into the cottage, the atmosphere and setting changes from the boring life of an average person to an elegant human being. The smell as you walk in is almost breath taking, as you inhale the lovely smells of the pastries and teas. It makes you feel as if you are suddenly someone who stepped into the past and living the life of pure innocence and romance that was lived in the 1920s. The old fashioned feel of the room sends off a vibe of pure joy and happiness that is not experienced everyday. As you sit down at your table, placed in front of you are some antique dishes and food tiers that add to the old fashioned vibe. The food that is placed in front of you tastes as if you are a part of a higher class, and treated as if you are on a pedestal. The overall essence of the cottage cannot simply be concluded other than the experience of simple happiness.

Had a lovely grown-up tea party with 9 good friends from work. The tea was wonderful, we had a great time picking which ones we would drink. Stepping out of the bus onto the sidewalk, where the girls strutted down a small flowered path in their high heels, and the men floated in their suites down the cement in a rush to hold the door open for us ladies to come passing through. I could feel the excitement building in the air, because just one glance at this life size doll house was a dream come true for any young lady looking for a place to go with all her friends. You instantly felt welcomed before the staff had even come in sight by the cutely placed decorations, all matching the feeling of summer coming around the corner, there was a smell of wild flowers that sent all my sensations in a whirl pool, especially when I stepped through the chic, antique white door where a burst of homemade scones in the kitchen filled the little cottage. To the left was a metal railed spiral staircase, that swirled your way up to three big sitting rooms, all different themes; each one adorable in their own way. If you went back down the stairs, and walked straight, there were tables set for groups of two to four, just as inviting as the upstairs. When my group had sat down in the room filled with pink and lace, and all things girly, we all noticed the silverware. Brass colored, with flowers imprinted on the handles. Tea cups covered in daisies, roses, and any flower you can think of. We sat there and all started saying how much other family members would enjoy this experience. Birthday parties, Mother’s Day, a place to have a nice conversation. We were left mind blown and we hadn’t even had the food or tea yet. The service was spectacular, we were greeted by a lovely girl who was very polite, and helped us with whatever our hearts desired. When she had brought up our food and tea all mouths had dropped open. Tea flavors I had never heard of were being poured into our cute little vintage tea cups such as, huckleberry vanilla, cranberry, and caramel. All tasting like a delegacy in liquid form. The food was served on a tray that was fit for a princess; and the food tasted as good as it smelled. A huge Applause for Laura Henegar for making melt in my mouth scones, desserts, and sandwiches. Some of the best I’ve tasted in the city. Also, huge thanks to Dawn Kiki, for being so polite, and kind to our huge group that had come, and the same goes to Melanie Lenhart. Overall, this place is a must go, I give it a 5 out of 5 star rating on staff, food, cleanliness, and being unique. I had the best time, and hope to return soon.

My experience at the Brambleberry Tea shop was incomparable. I had an absolute wonderful time and I seriously doubt I will ever experience Tea Time the same again! All the employees were friendly and very thoughtful. They frequently made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Also, the design of the cottage was completely surprising in the most positive way possible. Everything had its place and the antiques made the cottage have a vintage old-time feel which was the best part of visiting! Besides the tea and food, of course! The tea was fantastic and was always at the perfect temperature. When a decafinated tea was requested, it was brought out in not only one, but two different types! The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. I can’t wait to find out what else is on their menu the next time I visit!

Two days ago I paid my first visit to the Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe. I never thought a tea Shoppe could make me feel how wonderful I felt. The second I saw the place I took a gasp at the preciously warm display of it all. That’s the thing though; it didn’t look like a display. It had such realness living on it. Opening the entrance gate and walking onto the path, the luscious grass and the soothing colors of the relaxed flowers made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The path leads to a porch with a variety of decorations. I was so drawn in! As I reached the entrance of the cottage, a sweet blueberry muffin dough fragrance fancied my nose. It never left, and I loved it. I felt my eyeballs grow to the size of jaw breakers in awe of this magical surprise. Each and every square inch of this cottage was unique. Each room had its own theme. I walked into my room and an instant smile grew to the highest parts of my cheeks. There were dolls on the shelves and hutches. The room I was in was called the “Rose Room.” The whole set up made me feel like a little girl having the highest class tea party she could never dream of because of its originality and pristine perfection. I felt as if a thousand butterflies were fluttering throughout the room fanning me, keeping me at the perfect cool temperature. When I sat down, I felt so proper like a beautiful queen. I was sitting in baby bears “just right” chair. As I sat down, it happened again: I became flushed with complete awe. The way everything was so delicately and pristinely placed on the table; from the table cloth to the tiers of plates like cakes, topped off with the elegant tea cup, it was all just so heartwarming. There were neat little knick knacks all over the room that my eyes wouldn’t stop taking a walk to see. Every wonderfully designed snippet of this cottage took my breath away. Dawn Kiki has a touch of pure honey with everything she touches. When you visit the place, you’ll experience the sweetness for yourself. The sweetness of the design, that is. The sweetness of the food and tea? Now that’s a whole different book. I simply cannot put my finger on the right words to describe the tastes my buds experienced that afternoon. With my group of gals I went with, we decided to eat our food from the bottom tier and work our way up. First off, let me just say the display of that thing! My goodness, I’ve never seen such delicacy of treats! Laura Henegar was the chef of this mastery I hear. I would like her to know that the amount of time, effort and creativity she put into these absolutely incredible hand-crafted snacks put my already through-the-roof outing here, clear to the clouds. The light scrumptious individuality each food item possessed kept my salivating cheeks wanting more after every single bite. My personal favorite was the toasted parmesan artichoke bread. I could have eaten the whole plate without a doubt. Ooh, I was also enraptured with the perfect flavors of that amazing scone. It was the perfect amount of moist, and the berry jam and whipped cream spread across that thing was pure gold. Also, the precious baby vanilla bean cupcake with my favorite, a raspberry on top, was to die for. All of the other treats were heavenly as well. Lastly: the elegant tea. I was poured a glass of iced peaches and cream flavored tea. It was sweet and delectable to say the least. I normally don’t drink a lot of tea, but the way it was presented here had me sold completely. Like the quote on the wall says, “There are few hours in life more agreeable than the ceremony known as Afternoon Tea.” At least I’m pretty sure that was in there somewhere, above an entrance to one of the rooms on the main floor I believe. If not, it still rings lovely in my ears. Shoving the last bits of food in my mouth and finishing my last cup of tea, I was saddened to leave. I will be returning many times, that’s for sure. Lastly, Melanie Lenhart, your service was so sweet and so wonderful! Finding out you were just volunteering was amazing! On the whole, Brambleberry Cottage & Tea Shoppe was the most splendid experience I’ve ever had. Dawn, Laura, and Melanie: my sincerest thank you. It was a pleasure and thank you for taking care of me and my lovely friends so warm and kindly. Dawn and Laura: you were both extremely blessed with a gift of beauty and talent.

The first time I came here with my friend, we were both awestruck by how beautiful and old fashioned this little house was. Every room is decorated from top to bottom with vintage design. We loved it. The second time I brought my mother and her sister for their birthdays. They are Russian and love tea. They were both very pleased and happy with the whole experience. It feels so warm, cozy and homey. It's a very inspirational place. The owners are so welcoming and friendly. They have excellent customer service. They are not only professional and perfect at what they do, but they make you feel at home, and they are very kind. Good job you two! May God bless you.

I had the opportunity to visit the Brambleberry Cottage on Wednesday with a few friends. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was overwhelmed by the quaint aura of the cottage. The vintage appearance of the porch was absolutely charming! I absolutely loved the old fashion bicycle that was positioned next to the door. The décor sets a classical mood that is extremely pleasing to experience. The whimsical effect of Brambleberry Cottage continued upon entering the establishment. My party was blown away by the elegant but yet humble décor. Even the varying place settings add to the overall environment. Not a single table was distastefully decorated - every setting was a one of a kind, and any customer will surely enjoy themselves.

The tea and food served at the Cottage was flawless. Even though I am a coffee drinker myself, I enjoyed both the caramel and vanilla huckleberry teas. The sandwiches that accompanied the teas were delicious as well. I cannot stop thinking about how refreshing the cucumber sandwich was! The assortment of pastries at the closing of our visit was a charming touch to the whole affair. I highly recommend Brambleberry Cottage for anyone and everyone who is looking to enjoy a vintage and relaxing experience. I will be sure to return for both casual and formal occasions.

Yesterday I got the wonderful chance to visit the Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe for a Gatsby event that I was attending. When I first arrived at the location, I was so excited to see that the building of the tea shop was amazingly like a life size doll house, making the tea shop even more desirable to go in. The house was so cute, welcoming, and beautifully decorated with flowers and a nice little deck with a small table. When I walked in I was instantly hit with the smell of pastries and assortment of teas that were being prepared from the back kitchen for our afternoon Gatsby tea. When it was time for us to pick where we wanted to have our lunch, it was hard to decide which room we wanted to sit, since every single one was gorgeously decorated from top to bottom with vintage decorations, but we ended up picking a lovely rose room. The service from Dawn Kiki and Melanie Lenhart was amazing, they were constantly checking on my group making sure that we were all well taken care of - and boy were we. All of us girls were having so much fun at a real life tea party. Not only was the tea amazing, but the food was to die for. All the scones, sandwiches, and dessert prepared by Laura Henegar made the tea party really come to life. We were all begging for seconds afterwards. I will defiantly and can't wait to come back to the Brambleberry Cottage & Tea Shoppe.

The moment I stepped into the Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe I was blown away by the décor and colors of the adorable cottage. The outside of the Shoppe has gorgeous flowers and a beautiful design. Dawn Kiki and Laura Henegar provided outstanding service throughout my entire visit. The cottage had a sweet aroma that reminded me of my grandma’s kitchen. There are a variety of rooms and tables to choose from and they each have their own unique scheme. For lunch, I had the Tea and Light Refreshments which were divine. My perspective of tea completely changed at the end of my visit, the teas progressively got better and better. I was served hot vanilla huckleberry and caramel tea, along with iced tea. The food at the cottage was scrumptious. My personal favorite was the toasted parmesan artichoke bread and the scones. I had an incredible time at the Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe and I will definitely be returning.

As soon as I stepped onto the sidewalk I immediately fell in love with the Brambleberrry Cottage and Tea Shoppe. Every little detail, from the flowers to the front porch, was absolutely amazing! When I took my first step inside there was a breeze, and with that breeze came the aromas of fresh baked goods and assortments of teas. When I look straight ahead I see the amazing, professional pastry’s being made very careful from the powdered sugar being sprinkled to the tea being made. At that moment I realize that this is the perfect little Tea Shoppe. The old fashioned set up in that house will be set in my mind until the next time I visit again, which will be very soon. I was mesmerized by the unique features both inside and outside of the cottage. I hope to share this experience with many of my friends and family members. As I walk around, I see that every room is a little bit different and has different themes inside. The thoughts that were put into this tea party both Lara Henegar and Dawn Kiki were absolutely perfect in every single way. As I sit into the comfy chair I admire the pastry’s, the tea and the table layout. The food was so good that it left a permenant flavor in my mouth. I had to eat slowly though to saver all the delicious flavors. As my time was coming to an end I didn’t want to leave. I intend on coming again and again!

When I turned the corner onto the street of Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe, I was amazed at the adorable façade of this place. The second my group and I walked in, we were overcome with the delicious scent of freshly baked scones. Mouths already watering, we were served our tea. The various flavors of the tea were extraordinary. I could not believe how much time they had spent into each and every tea flavor. The politeness and service of Dawn Kiki, Laura Henegar, and Melanie Lenhart was truly impeccable. When the tier came to our table, we were beyond excited. The tiers were full of delicious sandwiches, scones, and desserts. We got to have a great time sitting in a beautiful room. With our group in a room of our own, the service was personal and brilliant. Never have I felt so catered to and important to the establishment I was in. I am so grateful that I got to experience this place and have a great time there. I look forward to the many times I will be able to go to this establishment in the future. I cannot wait to take my friends and family to this wonderful place!

Pulling up to Brambleberry Tea Shoppe, I was so impressed and pleasantly surprised with how beautiful and inviting it was. I felt like I was about to walk into a real life dollhouse and the exquisite details of the garden outside instantly brought me to peace and made me feel welcome. As I walked in, these feelings did not change. I walked up the stairs with my group of girls and the three rooms for seating were so incredibly decorated and just absolutely adorable. On top of that, the tiered plates of the most delicious pastries I have EVER had were brought up to us along with a few different kinds of tea that we could choose from. I just want to thank Dawn Kiki and Laura Henegar for all of their hard work in putting this together for us. I really appreciate their dedication to creating a perfect experience for all of their guests, which is exactly what they gave us. The service was incredible and the food and tea was even better. I have nothing but great things to say about these fabulous women and the Tea Shoppe itself. I think I speak for all of us that were in attendance when I say I was more than pleased with the overall appearance of the shop, the service, and the food. I will definitely be coming back here again with my friends, family, and anyone else I can grab. Again thank you so much to Dawn and Laura for taking the time to do this for us and allowing us to experience their amazing cooking skills while doing what they love; it was absolutely incredible.

The brambleberry cottage and tea shop is a wonderful place. Before I got there, I didn’t know what to expect. When I arrived I saw only a small house that looked like it was from the 50’s. It was not at all what I thought it was going to be. But I was delightfully surprised when I saw the inside of this decadent “cottage”. The walls were painted beautifully with nice heart-warming quotes all around the place. The two “masterminds” behind this gorgeous tea shop are Dawn Kiki and Laura Henegar. I would like to personally thank them for the amazing time I had while I was there. I have never been a fan of tea, so I didn’t like the tea. That’s not fair for me to judge them. My opinion of the tea shouldn’t matter because I don’t like tea. But what I did like was the three tiered plates they brought to us with many marvelous and delicious treats. Before I went there, I had never eaten a scone before. It was amazing, and it was even better after I put some of the Merion berry jam on top of it. I think that Laura did an amazing job preparing all of the treats they gave us. I didn’t like the raspberry treat or the cucumber dill sandwich, but then again I also don’t like raspberries or cucumbers in general. So that wasn’t their fault. The atmosphere was great. I felt like I was in the UK having a tea party with a lot of my friends. The whole time I was there, I was having fun eating and drinking and laughing with my buddies at the table with me. I had a great time and I wanted Dawn and Laura to know that I loved the time I spent there. I probably would not return because of the fact that I don’t like tea, so I don’t think it is worth it to spend that kind of money when I don’t even like the main item on the menu. The place was great though. I had a wonderful time there, and anyone who is planning to go there should definitely go. It is worth it if you enjoy drinking tea and eating delicious desserts and snacks. Overall, the place was amazing. In stars, I would give it a 4 out of 5

When you’re a little girl, you dream of having the perfect tea party. That is exactly what this tea shop was like. From the moment I stepped into Dawn Kiki’s Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe, I knew I was going to have an incredible time. The first thing I noticed when we pulled up was that it felt very at home. Upon entering I remember the smell of berry pastries and it just gave me a warm feeling. I was with a group of my girlfriends and we headed upstairs to one of the bigger tables. The rooms were adorable. Every single room had a different theme and they were all equally charming. The table setting was gorgeous. All of the tea cups and dishes and napkins went beautifully together. When we all sat down, they started bringing us tea and the servers were so sweet and welcoming. They brought us a caramel tea that tasted wonderful. My favorite part was when they brought out the snacks and pastries. I just want to thank Laura Heneger for her amazing baking. The pastries were to die for and some of the best that I’ve ever had. We were fully satisfied when we were done. I wish I could’ve stayed longer when we had to leave. Overall it was a great place to spend time with friends and family and have a fun time. Dawn was delightful and her tea shop was elegant and beautiful and I’ll definitely be going back for more!!

Tea at the Brambleberry Cottage was truly a great experience. Eating the amazing food prepared by Laura Henegar was only part of it. Art and history filled the house from the 1900s. Such a relaxing and quiet atmosphere was a welcome change from everyday life. Unbelievable smells came from the kitchen, making everyone around eager to see what would be served. Coming downtown to this fantastic tea shop was well worth it. Knowing that people put a lot of time and effort into making sure our visit was pleasant really meant quite a bit. Some of the rooms throughout this very cozy cottage were decorated with newspaper ads and pictures from the 20th century. Being there reminded me of a great tea shop in Straford-Upon-Avon called the Four-teas, named because like here, it is filled with great history. After a while, I noticed some cute little quotes around the wall that made me stop and smile. Little things like that really make or break a tea shop, its whether or not you feel welcome. Later, I decided that I will most definitely go back again. Some people don’t like tea, but if you do, I highly recommend going here.

When I arrived at the Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe, I was surprised to experience such a wonderful place. It was as if you were coming inside to a nice, warm, cozy house. Right as you walk in the door, you are welcomed with such delight. I got the chance to sit downstairs next to the kitchen in our own little room. It was as if I was walking around in a doll house. Everything was perfect. When you first walk into the room, you notice how everything is old vintage. Almost as if you had traveled back in time. It was amazing. My favorite part was getting to sit there with my friends and enjoy some sandwiches and a nice warm cup of Tea. Dawn Kiki and Laura Henegar were the ones taking care of everything. One thing that you don't get to see is what was going on in the back. One of the ladies Laura was back there preparing all the food for you. From the taste of your first sip of tea to the exquisite decorations on the cupcakes. It was them that made it worth going there. When I get the chance to, I would love to go back with some family and friends and enjoy some more of their Tea and their assorted pastry. Thanks ladies for all the hard work you put into it. It was amazing. Hope to see you guys again!!

From the moment we pulled up to the Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shope I was in love. The Building itself resembles an actual cottage and the landscaping complimented the quaint little building perfectly. Walking in to the cottage itself I was in awe of the décor. You feel like you’ve stepped into a time of class and sophistication. I personally sat in the second room on the first level of the cottage, three girls and myself were seated at a four person table in the back of the room, despite being a seemingly small room there was room to move around and converse comfortably without invading someone else’s arm space. The table was set up with the beautiful dishes, and the cutest tea set I’ve ever seen, it immediately made me feel like I was at home and gave me a sense of comfort. Now I am a Tea lover and I believed that I had tried it all, but during my time there they served a Vanilla and Huckleberry flavored Tea. From the first sip I was addicted, the tea was amazing on its own, and there was no need to add sugar or cream of any kind. Then came the food, and props need to be given to Dawn Kiki and Laura Henagar, because the food and desserts were absolutely phenomenal. My personal favorite was the Toasted Parmesan Artichoke bread; it was baked to perfection and left me wanting more and more of it. Of the desserts I loved the Mini Raspberry Cakes, the bread was moist and the French Vanilla Buttercream just melted in my mouth perfectly complimenting the Tea I was drinking. Overall, my experience at the Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shope was nothing but amazing from the décor to the food and friendly smiles from the willing staff. I would absolutely return in the future and recommend that others visit this cute little establishment; I promise that you won’t regret it.

From the moment I saw the tea cottage to the time I left, gave me an experience I am sure to never forget. When I first saw the cottage, I thought that it was the cutest cottage I had ever seen to go have tea. There was a beautiful garden and the cottage was authentically decorated. Once I had made my way inside the cottage, I saw how beautifully and intricate everything was. The first thing I had noticed when I walked in was the smell of the cottage. It smelt like blueberry pancakes, and was very cozy as well as warm. When my friends and I had reached our table, I noticed that the tables looked antique as well as adorable. The service also were periodically checking in on us to make sure we were being taken care of, as well as offer us varieties of delicious teas to try.. The teas were by far the most amazing tea I have ever had. Caramel and Vanilla Huckleberry teas, as well as Peaches and Crème iced tea. Each flavor of the tea was unique and wonderful apart from the usual teas. I felt extremely comfortable there and felt enough so that I could chat freely. When the food had arrived I was blown away by the delicate look of all the foods. Just by looking at the food, I knew that it would be amazing. From sandwiches to scones to tea cakes, everything had an intricate design and had a lot of effort placed into it. The food tasted as good as it looked, and wished there was more! I couldn’t believe the tastes of all the foods I was eating. I thought that I couldn’t ever have more amazing sandwiches until I came here. Dawn Kiki and Laura Henegar did a breathtaking job making sure we had a memorable time, as well as preparing and giving us only the best of everything. The hostess’ were very cheerful and warm and gave me a sense of comfort. Whenever I get the chance to again, I definitely would choose to go back to Brambleberry Cottage because it was just the most precious and beautiful place to drink tea at. I would like to thank Dawn and Laura for all the hard work, warmth and effort they put into making my trip to Brambleberry Cottage a perfect and memorable experience.

I had a lovely time at the Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe yesterday. The Cottage itself is beautiful both inside and out. Once inside I was amazed with its beauty. The inside is very classy, and gives off a homey vibe. The event I attended was done perfectly with our Great Gatsby/1920’s theme. Each and every room had a different feel and look making everything so unique and classy. Even the bathrooms where decorated to such an extent. I’d like to personally thank Dawn Kiki, Laura Henegar, and Melanie Lenhart. I have to also thank the volunteer working yesterday that I did not have the privilege to know the name of. They were all so friendly and caring. They made me feel at home. The best staff in any restaurant or shop I have ever been to hands down. I give a heart filled shout out to the lovely Laura Henegar for all the hard work she did with the food. All the detail on this snacks and treats were beyond amazing. I love the artistic way the food was put on. The beautiful tiers to hold the food, and the delicious food itself. The little éclairs even had ‘tea’ written on them in icing. Thanks Laura! A great touch. All the food was delicious, and so was the tea. The tea made the whole shop smell amazing. My favorite was the Vanilla and Huckleberry Tea. Everything I needed to make my tea to my liking was already there upon the table (the sugar and cream). I loved the hospitality and great service, for I was always asked if I needed anything. Everything about the Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe was perfect! I am planning on returning really soon with my mother and sister. The ora of the place brings out the best in everyone.

As soon as my group and I arrived I got the overwhelming sensation from the welcoming and friendly atmosphere of the Shoppe. The homey cottage look was wonderfully complimented by the well groomed flower beds and the cute outdoor décor. When I stepped through the door I was greeted by smiling faces and a cute interior that gave off an aura of sophistication as well as a home like sense. Each room was decorated wonderfully in cute themes and they all were very unique and classy, not to mention the adorable bathrooms which were extremely clean and well kept. The tables had a spread of cute china all set up very beautifully along with an adorable tea set surrounded by fresh flowers which lit up the room and gave off a pleasant aroma that helped you relax in the extremely comfortable chairs. Dawn Kiki and Laura Henegar did an exceptional job accommodating our large group and we were never in need of anything due to the exception hostess. When we were served our tea we had very good choices along with iced tea which was the best I had ever tasted it was crisp and flavorful and just simply delightful. The food was so good it makes my mouth water just thinking about it. As a picky eater I usually don’t have much luck with things that aren’t on the kids menu but Laura prepared each dish so well I enjoyed every last bite and the detail she put into it all was amazing they were all very detailed and neat from the words on the éclairs to the almonds on the sandwiches, and the way they were set up into tiers made it even better to go from crisp savory sandwiches to the buttery flaky scones to the rich decadent desserts, it was like heaven! The dishes prepared by Laura Henegar was some of the most scrumptious food I have ever tasted. The sandwiches and main dishes were bursting with flavor. Yesterday, I had the chance to attend tea at the Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe with a large group of friends. The moment I walked in, I was extremely impressed with the layout of the cottage. It was like a life-sized doll house, every girl’s dream. I noticed every knickknack was well dusted and clean, so immediately I felt comfortable at the shoppe. The service was impeccable. The women, Dawn Kiki and Laura Henegar, handled a large crowd extremely well and served every person as if they were the only one’s there. I could not drink the caffeinated tea they had prepared for our group, so they unexpectedly brewed me a pot of non-caffeinated tea without being asked or expressing complaints. The assortment of food presented was delectable. Everything was extremely fresh and moist, well decorated and prepared. Nothing like I had ever seen before, better than expected. I left the cottage with the pure intention of returning. Thank you to the staff and volunteers who made my experience truly an amazing one. The Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe is a definite must-see for everyone in the Spokane area, and I expect to see it on the map in no time.

I decided to have lunch at this tea cottage and I’m more than glad that I did. The exterior of this adorable little shop was to die for! I walked through the gate only to see freshly cut green grass, flowers, and the cutest décor on the porch. As I walked in, the whole inside smelled of warm blueberry muffins. Just that simple scent made me feel like I was home! The interior was absolutely divine. It was decorated with gorgeous floral wallpaper and vintage furniture you’d see in an issue of Better Homes and Gardens from the 20’s. Beautiful work! I was served in a room on the upstairs level that made me feel as if I was having lunch in a doll house. I thought that alone was beyond precious! The staff made me feels so comfortable and that was something I truly valued when it came to reflecting on my overall experience. Dawn Kiki, the owner of this tea shop, was kind enough to stop by my room to greet me and ask how I had been as I ate. The food was so delicious and so was the high-quality tea I had the pleasure of sipping on during my time there. I enjoyed a nice piping-hot cup of Vanilla Huckleberry tea with a side of nicely cut-out sandwiches and assorted pastries and scones. Laura Henagar was the brains behind all of this. Spending countless hours in the kitchen, preparing each meal every day for the lovely customers that have the pleasure of eating there. I’m very thankful for the delightful customer service I received and the encounters I had with the lovely and kind staff. I recently had a lunch event at this Tea shop; and Laura Henagar and Dawn Kiki did an outstanding job. I was blown away by every piece of the Tea shop. When I first saw the cottage, the first word that came to my mind was adorable. When I walked to the house I felt like I was in the secret garden with a beautiful garden on both sides of the house and flowers galore. The cottage has an authentic theme of an old cottage and was very elegant. I was greeted with smiling hostesses and a feeling like I was a princess. The house feels like a doll house!! They had very elegant tables and chairs with little tea cups and napkins with their own holders! It was beautifully decorated. Then the tea came and it was so delicious and unique, special from the usual tea I have. I had excellent service and it felt like they always knew what I needed. As if it could get any better than this, the food tier came out! Each food was hand crafted and carefully made. I thought they weren’t even real they were so perfect. I wonder if I was going to bite into plastic like in a doll house because it was so beautiful. The taste is phenomenal. I’ve literally never tasted anything that good! The chocolate éclairs had a sparkly look and even had Tea written on it; it looked like it was from Alice and wonderland! I really felt like I was in a fairy tale the whole time from the elegances of the cottage to the extraordinary service. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have the fairytale experience! I am already planning to have lunch there with my mother soon. Dear Brambleberry cottage and tea shoppe,

I just want to take some time and thank all of you, at the tea shoppe especially Laura Henegear and Dawn Kiki, for having the best and warmest hospitality. I don’t think you know how much I appreciate all that you gals did. Everyone at the tea shoppe was very professional, kind and caring… they were on top of everything and very timely and consistent which made the experience a whole lot better. When I took my first step into the tea shoppe it was very warm, welcoming and delightful. It made me feels as if I was at my grandmother’s home with the style of design, the aroma, and the feeling. Not only was the tea shoppe at the best of its game for our group, but the feeling and hospitality was at the top as well. The tea selection, the variety of the food, the deliciousness of everything was simply amazing. Without Laura working and doing everything to make are experience the finest there wouldn’t be the Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe. Laura is the one in the back doing everything to make you have a better time than you think you could have ever had. I am definitely coming back for more. Words wouldn’t even be just able of how I felt and my experience there!!! KEEP ON KEPPING ON LADY’S!!! :D

My lunch experience at the BrambleBerry Cottage and Tea shop was fantastic! As soon as I walked through the door, I immediately felt welcomed. They made sure I had everything I needed when I needed it The food was delicious; I ate every last bite of what I was given. They gave the perfect amount of food also. The sandwiches were soft and full of flavor! The ingredients inside them blended together perfectly. My personal favorite was the cucumber sandwich, but all were tasty! The desserts were to die for! They were decorated beautifully! There was so much detail to them. I loved how the chocolate éclairs had so much detail. They were all shiny and had words written onto them, not to mention they were delicious!The overall experience was wonderful; it was so nice to have such a relaxing lunch. When you first take a glance among the establishment it is clear that it gives a homely feel in the pit of your stomach. The landscaping was immaculate and had fit the cottage style very well. Now, when you walk through the doors there is a subtle wave of arromatic bliss! Like a french bakery, the scent of a variety of pastries fills the senses. You have a large variety of rooms to sit in, the part i enjoyed was that each room had an individual theme. Once I sat down it wasn't long before i was greeted with a warm pot of Vanilla Huckleberry tea, which was absolutely amazing. It says alot, because i was never truly a fan of tea until after my visit here. The arrangement of sandwiches, scones, and assorted pastries was divine. You can assume there was much time and effort put into each individual item. The atmosphere made you feel as if you were home, all the furniture fit naturally. A vintage like feel, i'm sure it was all aquired over time. Overall, the service was fantastic, tea and edibles even better. I left the establishment only lusting to come back. The environment while walking through the Cottage made me feel like I was a little girl in a doll house drinking tea with my stuffed animals, but more realistic. The different styled rooms were so fascinating to look at and be in. All the antiques and smells really made the experience come to life. Laura Henegar's food was absolutely decorative and delicious; I could not get enough of the scones, lemon tea cakes, and all the different types of teas. The Huckleberry Vanilla Tea is one I personally recommend. The Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe is a place to visit on a date, special occasion, or just a place to go for some lovely tea! I plan on returning with my mother and grandmother to prove to them what I have been talking about, nonstop. The staff are always checking in and meeting the needs of the guests. Thank you for such an unforgettable day and I can’t wait to come back!

I came to the Brambleberry Cottage with a fairly large group of my companions just a few days ago, and I have to say we were thoroughly impressed. When we first arrived, we were welcomed by open arms and the sweetest little building I’ve ever seen. When we walked inside, there was an aroma of freshly picked blueberries that flooded over us, and we knew that we were in for a real treat. As we took our seats, there was colorful fine china on every placemat, carefully and beautifully arranged; I noticed that there were fresh flowers on every single table as well. We couldn’t wait for the tea to come out, and we were only there a few minutes! And just like that, the tea was being poured just as soon as we sat down. We had a few dozen people in our group, so we hadn’t expected anything to be out so soon. The servers were amazing, I have to say. They were there to check on us all the time, making sure we were having a good time and doing anything in their power to accommodate us. Even the deserts were amazing; we could tell that the chef that made them took his/her time to really go all out because the presentation of them was astonishing. They came out in a three tier platter, and each tier was more amazing than the last. It wasn’t until after our high tea was over that we found out that there were only three workers, and that all the teas were made by the owner of the shop! They were amazing, and so was the whole place overall. If you are planning on experiencing high tea, and want to get the full extent of it, than the Brambleberry Cottage is the place to go.

      Dawn Kiki and Laura Henegar,

From the very beginning I was excited to visit your tea shoppe, and you definitely did not disappoint! The moment we pulled up in front of the shoppe I was overwhelmed with the cuteness of the building itself! The vintage themes that were displayed throughout the entire cottage made the experience even more enjoyable. First setting foot in the building, I was enveloped with a variety of delicious scents. I could not wait to sample the food and tea! The table settings were very sophisticated and they made me feel special and honored. Because of the different room themes, I felt like I had traveled back to a classical time period. The service provided by the workers were top notch. The staff seemed to enjoy what they were doing and they met all of our needs with dedication and smiles. The food was absolutely wonderful! From the food tier display, to the sandwiches, to the dessert, it was all flawless. The huckleberry vanilla tea was my favorite! I simply could not get enough of the refreshments you provided. I would for sure consider returning and sharing another experience at your shoppe with my mom. I will reccomend that people take the time to stop by and enjoy the vintage feels and excellent refreshments. Thank you so much for the unforgettable and enjoyable experience!

      Dawn Kiki and Laura Henegar,

As soon as I arrived to your Tea Shop I fell in love with it. I felt like I was walking into a different era. Everywhere I looked I was amazed. Once I entered I was greeted by the smell of tea and baked goods. Each room was so decorated; it didn’t feel like it was 2014 anymore. After I took a tour of the shop I sat down and was speechless. I sat and looked at the table for 5 minutes and kept finding new things to look at. The tea was amazing! I got to try several flavors, cold and warm, and they were all delicious. Then the food came, and after it was gone I wanted to ask for more, even though I knew that if I took one more bit I would explode. The way the food was put together and presented was spectacular. I would never be able to make food look so amazing to the point where you don’t want to ruin it. As I started to leave the store it felt like 2014 again. I did not want to leave because I wanted to try more food and teas. I will come back for any occasion or holiday as possible, even if I have to make up a new holiday to return. I recommend this tea shop, for it was an unforgettable experience. Thank you for everything.

From the time I pulled up to the Brambleberry cottage I was more than excited to be there, I knew I was going to have an absolutely amazing experience. Right as I walked in I was greeted by Dawn Kiki and the smell of the food being made; it was almost as if I could already taste the food. The whole cottage was beautifully decorated. The vintage look really gets you in to character. When I sat down everything on the table was perfectly set, from the different plates and utensils to the menu on the table of what we would be eating that afternoon. The staff took very good care of us, always making sure we had what we needed. We were offered 3 different types of black teas, and they all tasted wonderful. Laura Henegar did an absolutely astonishing job on the food, from the finger sandwiches to the best scones I have ever had and who could resist the mouthwatering deserts. Overall my experience was awesome and there is no doubt in my mind that this is the best place to get the full high tea experience. I will absolutely be returning with my friends and family for another amazing afternoon.

My experience at the Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe was an extraordinary one! From the moment you walk into the cottage, you're greeted by friendly staff and the smell of freshly baked pastries. The decor was wonderful, and provided me with a very authentic experience. The food! The tier of pastries, scones, and finger sandwiches that was served to our table was delicious! I was served my choice of hot tea, I chose caramel, and accompanied it with peaches and cream iced tea. They were wonderful! I was also surprised with how satisfied our tea time left us, the quantity of tea and pastries we were served was well worth the price. Overall, Dawn and Laura, the ladies providing this wonderful experience, truly out-did themselves. I will surely be back!

From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle, I was delighted by what I saw. The cottage was so cute. Yes, cute is the most suitable word for the place. The front yard was covered in beautiful flowers making the cottage both comforting and inviting. It drew me in; I just wanted to get inside.

On my approach towards the building, the wonderful smell of blueberry hit my nose. I thought to myself, 'What a delightful smell, I must know what that is!' I walked through the front door and was greeted by soft and comfortable colors. Pale shades of pink and green were scattered all throughtout the rooms. Each room was filled with a kind of angelic essence that made me want to move in right there on the spot.

I was immediately seated and greeted by an employee. She was such a nice lady. She was very soft spoken and kind, and she made me feel extremely welcome. She brought our table peaches and cream iced tea, which was unfathomably delicious. I think I drank over three cups of it before the food even arrived!

When the food did arrive, I was pleasantly suprised. Three teirs of the most delicious food I've probably ever eaten. On the top there were lemon cakes, rasberry cupcakes with filling (yum), and eclaires with the word 'tea' scribbled on them in frosting. In the middle there were plain scones with powdered sugar sprinkled on top, and on the bottom there were two different kinds of sandwiches. Every bite I took of anything was heaven, and I highly recommend the jam that they have set out (my goodness, so much heaven). I savored every bite and drank as much tea as I could consume in one setting. It was all so good. The atmosphere, the employees, the food, and the tea were all amazing. I felt so much hospitality while I was there, and the employees were constantly checking to see if we needed anything. Overall, I highly recommend a visit to this wonderful place because it will be an experience you will never forget. I will visit again!

An experience at the Brambleberry Cottage and Tea Shoppe is a memorable one to say the least. From the moment you look at the structure for the first time until the moment you leave, you won't come across a single thing that fails to take your breath away. The sweet smell of scones and blueberries is there to greet you before you even walk through the doorway while the warm smiles and personalities will “Wow!” you as soon as you step inside. There is a flavor of tea for any mood you are ever feeling, with the option of crème or sugar – as if your experience won’t be sweet enough already! The only thing that enhances the mouthwatering flavorful tea are the pastries that come with them. Flakey scones that will somehow melt in your mouth and give your taste buds something they’ve never experienced before. Their raspberry treats are bite size pieces of heaven to say the least. There isn’t a single thing that could be improved about this establishment, the people in it, or the simple heavenly accommodations waiting for you inside.

From the instant i layed my young eyes on the small cozy blue cottage, I had a feeling of home. While walking on the old ramp and the instant i walked into the buliding the beutiful scent of freshly baked blueberry muffins filled and pleased my olfactory. The cottage gave me a sense of safetey and friendliness after i was greeted as walking in. Afteri got sitiuatied in the room i would be dining in (a beutiful room to say the least) the real bliss started. As the tea started being served to my friends and I at the table the service became more friendly. The food was to die for. The rasberry cup cake was the best, sweetest, and most delightfully pleasant dessert to ever touch my hardened taste buds. In closing i would like to say a very deserved thank you to Dawn Kiki and Laura Henegar for creating a running such a positive establishment.

A good friend and I visited this tea house in April 2014. We were looking for something different than just a restaurant to go to for lunch, and boy did we find it. Laura offered us a hugh selection of tea, and we could even have different flavors during our stay. The scones, and finger sandwiches were delicious as well as the variety of desserts. We had just the right amount of food and it was all served beautifully and with a smile. Thank you so much for our afternoon time together! I came here with friends right before Christmas. We did the full service tea. The good thing about this tea house is the unlimited tea. We tried so many which I loved. The food was pretty good. My review is late so I honestly can't remember what we ate. I'd say it was more of a light snack though. We tried a lot of delicious teas and enjoyed ourselves. This was my first time at a tea house. It was a good experience. I loved the unlimited tea service.

From the moment you walk into this little tea shoppe tucked away from Spokane’s beaten path, you are greeted by pastel wrapped walls and the aroma of fresh baked pastries and fruit kissed teas. I fell in love. And, love is what we were celebrating. A group of twenty of us met at Brambleberry to celebrate the bridal shower of one of my closest friends. We laughed and played games as fourteen different flavors of tea danced around our taste buds. We all would get excited as now pots of tea were passed around. Some of the favorite teas were: Vanilla Huckleberry (my personal favorite), Rooibos Vanilla Bush, and Cinnamon Fig. We finished our time off with decadent pastries and the unwrapping of gifts.

If you love an eclectic atmosphere, a wide range of fine teas, pastries made from scratch, and wonderful service, then I full-heartedly recommend Brambleberry.

Recently having moved to Spokane I decided to explore what establishments there were to enjoy having a true tea experience. I have tried all 3 tearooms in the Spokane area, and my personable favorite is Brambleberry Cottage. Here is why in comparison that I find 'The Cottage' to be warm, welcoming, cozy, relaxing, inviting and unique. I am always aware of what company's advertise to see if they can deliver what they promise. When pulling up to The Cottage, they house is charming beyond words, you get the immediate impression that you are in for a memorable time. They have wheelchair access that is conviente for wheelchairs and walkers. In another tea room in town, there is no wheelchair ramp that is easy accessible, you have to go through the kitchen! I may be overly picky but if that is an area where my food is being prepared I really don't want more than the workers around it, getting back to Brambleberry...When you enter the house you are welcomed by the most friendly staff, Laura waited on us and was fantastic. She was excellent at explaining how the tea service was served, that we could have as many different types of tea that we wanted. This was a huge relief to us that we could try more than a couple. We started with Blend 206, one of many they blend at the shoppe, it was amazing! Served in a tea cozy, it kept it hot until the last drop. We started out courses with an amazing potato leek soup that was to die for...and than came the rest of the tea sandwiches, scones, crumpets..and my favorite dessert! Let me add that EVERYTHING is made from scratch at Brambleberry. From the tender flaky scones to the passion-fruit cocoa nib eclairs. Presentation was impeccable, great care is taken and it shows. We were encouraged to feel free to roam around the house and look at each room. While we were seated at the charming tea cart we fell in love with the hand painted quotes in the Rose Room. Every room has its own feeling and it all lends to a vintage chic feeling, not stuffy or snobbish at all. We were dressed casual for our visit and were not made to feel like we were out of place. We were able to come, relax, take time out of our hectic lives and relax. We did not feel like we had to be 'proper.' While another tea room in town may have a 'restored' house I find Brambleberry to be the place that will get me coming back for their personable over all service. I understand my review may be lengthy, I wanted to give a true review of this wonderful business.

My sister and I hosted our 74 year old mother's Bridal luncheon at Brambleberry Cottage and the entire experience was simply beautiful and elegant. Laura and Dawn were so welcoming to us and all of our guests -- they especially made sure our Bride-to-be was taken care of and even offered to take a group photo of all of us! The Victorian house is charming -- every room decorated so beautifully! There was such a nice selection of teas -- so much so that we had trouble choosing which to try first! They were all so good and we had fun reviewing our favorites with each other during our tea service. The scones, pastries, sandwiches and sweet goodies were a perfect compliment to our tea and was absolutely delicious. The food and tea presentation was beautiful and the tables were set with an eye for detail -- we took many pictures of the table settings just because they were so breathtaking! I especially loved that they were so accommodating with my young daughter -- setting up her own little tea service that made her feel special, too! It was our first visit to this tea shop, but definitely not our last! We plan on bringing our mother again for their Mothers Day tea!

Words don't do Brambleberry Cottage justice. I've been visiting for several years now, and try my darnedest to host Mother's Day tea here for the ladies I love every year. I wasn't sure what to expect when I visited the first time, but have had an ongoing love affair with their tea, their establishment, and the lovely service received ever since that first visit.

I always have a hard time choosing the tea I want because their menu is so extensive. Similar to Baskin Robbins 31 Flavors - how do you choose just one flavor???? Thankfully they allow you to try more than one each visit! Ginger Peach, Chocolate Macaroon, and Spicy Maya are my absolute favorites!

The menu is always a surprise, and always so very beautifully presented. Who knew that carrot soup could be soooo tasty? And that flower petals were edible?

The outside is decorated with beautifully blooming flowers, and the vintage and artistic decor has to be checked out and admired during each visit. Each of the rooms are unique - and always fun to explore!

Their gift shop is amazing too... especially the fact that they will package up your favorite tea for you if you decided that you had to purchase some of your favorite flavor to take home with you!

At the end of my visit I leave feeling like a queen because I've just been treated like royalty. Tea at the Brambleberry Cottage is always a great way to reset, refresh, rejuvenuate, and catch up with those you love in a beautiful atmosphere!

      You truly have to visit...

My daughter and I had a wonderful repast on a lazy summer afternoon. Dawn and Laura do everything to accommodate their guests and make them feel pampered (including accommodating our vegetarian needs in the savories). We were charmed from the moment we walked through the garden spilling with flowers and into the cottage. It is quaint and reminiscent of days gone by. The hand-painted quotations adorning the walls remind of you of what's important in life--and the leisurely and sumptuous high tea helps you spend time with those you love over a decadent variety of teas, delicious savories, the BEST scone I've ever had, and incredible desserts that will satiate everyone's sweet tooth (my daughter is a chocoholic and was in rapture over the dense chocolate cake, while I loved the lighter desserts and the sugared grapes!). I have been going to this extraordinary place called Brambleberry Cottage for 15 years. I can't begin to count how many times I have been or how many precious memories have been made there. The service, teas, menu and atmosphere are all excellent!! Dawn and Laura put their hearts and souls into all they do and it shines through every time! My favorite tea is their Vanilla Huckleberry and love their scones served with Devonshire Cream!

Every year my dear friend and I attend the Christmas Tea. We enjoy the atmosphere, goodies, and the friendly service. Dawn and her crew are always coming up with new creative ideas for menu designs and recipes. Our young girls love gathering for tea together as well. It truly is a blessing to have this incredible tea house in our area!

The Brambleberry Tea Cottage has become my favorite local destination since I attended my first afternoon there 14 years ago with my Mother-in-Law and 9 Sisters-in-Law... I've been hooked on this little treasure ever since! From the moment you walk in the door, wonderful aromas greet you from the kitchen, along with smiling faces and courteous staff, ready to make your experience wonderful. Our office has hosted tea here for many years, I have attended several of their tea events and make this a special stop for all of our out-of-town visitors. The delectables are of the finest quality and there are plenty to leave you satisfied. The teas are superb! The decor and atmosphere are fun and add to the experience. This is one of those gems that must be discovered in Spokane and once you have, you will want to keep coming back - over and over again! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!

Best tea shoppe around!!! This lovely tea shoppe didn't just happen. Out of the tender care, artistry, hard work and beautiful heart from its owner, Dawn Kiki, this lovely teahouse has flourished into a favorite destination of tea lovers. The delightful cottage is brimming with wonderful teas, including my favorite Carmel, and hand picked accoutrements. Dawn is a notable local artist, not just with her custome paintings an design, but as well as with her shoppe's atmosphere, presentation and food. The teahouse's delectables are of the finet quality and always satisfying. Brambleberry Cottage is a special place I encourage locals and visitors to the area to seek out and try one of Spokane's treasures. You will be sure to return.

Seven of us sisters had a scheduled tea at her Shoppe - we had come from 4 states to experience an afternoon together. Every thing was wonderful - the presentation, the variety of food and tea,the cottage decor, the pleasant quiet service; would love to be able to return.

I came here with my family as a birthday celebration for me and my sister. The little shop is very cute and the service was amazing! Everyone was really nice and the food was delicious~ when I first looked at the tea menu, I couldn't believe how many kinds they had. I tried several but my favorite was the Earl Grey Cream. :) The only drawback is how quickly everything adds up. Though a little pricey, the experience was well worth it! 5 stars and I will definitely come back for more tea~

Don't let the location fool you. We pulled up to a barren street with only one car on it and doubted our choice. Luckily we went inside. The downstairs dining room is the most charming shabby chic tea atmosphere. The food is delicious. The two of us could not finish the gold tea service and had to get the last course to go! And yet I will still get the gold service next time for the expanded variety of tasty treats. You can have as much tea as you want and can try as many types as you want. I had three pots of tea including cinnamon fig, chocolate rose mint, and a great oolong. It was packed with ladies and couples enjoying a Saturday experience. We LOVED it and will bring our friends and family back again and again. What a great surprise!

The cottage has two tearooms. I sat in the rose room that had tea related quotes painted on the walls. You need to make reservations ahead of time for which kind of tea (the meal) you want. Portions are plentiful and take home boxes are provided. Tea comes to the table in small teapots that hold about two cups. I was delighted that you can try as many of their teas as you can drink. I had a lovely time and would love to visit again the next time I find myself in Spokane.

My husband and I try to visit new tea rooms whenever we travel so we looked forward to visiting the only tea room available in Spokane. Located in a quaint 2-story cottage, this is one of the best tea experiences we have had. Betty, our server, was very friendly and helpful in recommending tea flavors. We were given the option of trying as many tea flavors as we wanted (we each tried two, which were excellent). The food tasted very fresh and was beautifully presented. We look forward to visiting again on our next trip to Spokane.

What a darling little cottage, with faux walls of roses and lace at the windows. Tables set with lovely china and a three tiered server of wonderful tea foods. Tea steeped with loose leaf teas, from a menu of many choices. Tea foods fixed fresh an on site. The service above and very friendly and accommodating. They have theme teas and events. Also a nice little retail areas of gifts.Worth the trip to partake of their afternoon teas. I hope to visit again when we travel back that way in the future. A nice little find.

I had heard wonderful things about Brambleberry Cottage from some of my girl friends, and I was not disappointed. It exceeded my expectations. The architecture and decoration of the cottage was whimsical and inviting. We were seated immediately and very quickly served a tasty array of sandwiches: cumcumber marinated in a vinegar and prepared with cream cheese with fresh dill, a yummy tuna sandwich with almonds, a special ham and cheese sandwich with a marmalade, and our unanimous favoite - a hot artichoke open-faced sandwich. All of the breads were wonderful - I especially liked the nutty bread served with the ham and cheese. The chocolate chip scones with cream were the best I've ever tasted - the texture light and airy. The desserts just went on and on...loved the chocolate decadence cake. The variety of teas was rather overwhelming - we loved the Holiday tea and the chocolate with rose hips tea. An added bonus was the fact that the entire cottage is a gift shop filled with Victorian lovelies and tea accessories. This is my new favorite place to take girl friends and family for a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives.

As the editor of Northwest Woman Magazine I am always on the lookout for the very best Spokane has to offer and a special a place to celebrate womanhood; the Bramblebbery Cottage is one of my favorite places to be when I want to impress a client.

The food is always excellent, the teas just fresh and flavorful, the ambience warm and inviting and the staff attentive. It is a delight to know that my clients have gone back on their own... along with their mothers, daughters and girlfriends. Their scones are some of the best I have ever had and when I need a place to just unwind from a hectic deadline -- this is my secret hiding place to relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of a cup of tea.

This tea house/restaurant is on my favorites list. A very relaxing place to visit. Excellent food and service, also interesting rooms all redecorated by the owner and friends (her side business is decorative painting - they painted TWIGS Restaurant in Riverpark Square). Also a great place to go for a party or a special occasion. I took my mom and a very good friend there for their Mother's Tea , and we all had the best time!

The staff talk to each other WAY TOO MUCH and don't give the attention to the clients. We had to wait 15 minutes for new pots of tea. Also the most expensive high tea in Spokane, not good if service is lacking. The food and desserts were good. The selection of tea is the best in the area.

While I was visiting from out of town, I was treated to a delightful visit to Brambleberry Cottage. Indeed what a delightful time, the atmosphere was relaxing, homey and inspiring. The decor change of each room was inspired, with hand stenciling and artwork. I especially enjoyed the original flooring in the upstairs rooms. The tea and the treats where a delight, and filling. I was overly delighted at the Special Chritmas Tea. If you have never been to one of these special tea, it's a must. The tea was wonderful as always, the food was excellent, all the food is handmade, I have witnessed this myself. I have been to many tea houses, and by far this one is above the rest. What makes this shop nice, is that, you can purchase your favorite homemade teas, or buy a tea cup or teapot for your self or a friend, also there are many beatiful paintings hand done by the owner of this lovely tea shop. Once again this place has been wonderful. I will continue to have my tea here, and enjoy it more every time. Thanks again, you are the best.

My favorite are the homemade scones with flavors that are sure to please! I can't say enough about the owner and all the ladies who work there...they all helped us and went out of their way to make our time very special!! They let us take our time eating and shopping and could answer all of our questions...I even left with several new items!! They also add the extra details such as linen napkins, small stirring spoons, and flowers as garnish to make everything PERFECT!! This tea shop has accomplished what others have not! Thanks ladies...you're the BEST!!! :)

The house itsself is quite nice it has been decorated very cute, however there is so much stuff around it is hard to make your way easily through the shop. The tea service seemed slightly over priced and the food was all store bought not homemade. The servers seem to move around a lot and cause some distraction and a rushed feeling. Overall the tearoom is just OK, there are several others in town much better, its worth it to find them.
