Great Lakes Tea & Spice Company
A visit to this Tea shop is a transforming experience--so much to learn about tea. Some of the teas actually blossom into flowers as they brew in your cup--just magical. I have shopped here on several occasions and have found the owner very knowledgeable and ready to share his enthusiasm. Be sure to try the grey sea salt--mixed with sweet butter on some local artisan bread with sliced radishes it just pops flavor in your mouth and if you add a glass of the area's wine you are set for a simple but fabulous picnic by the Lake.
