The best tea the most beautiful restored historical home in Elizabeth City. This lady really puts on the Ritz when she serves:) A must do if you want to experience a real Victorian Tea, everything is home-made not store bought like other places I have been. Such a quaint experience that I would do again and again. Thanks for a relaxing day!
