De'Tours in Elizabeth City
As Carol said, the four of us had a lovely afternoon with De'Tours. The tea was served on beautiful antique china, with a lovely presentation of the delicious food on tiered serving dishes, in a Victorian girly setting. :) Bonnie was a welcoming and informational hostess. :)
