Barbara's Victorian Teahouse and Boutique
I phoned 9/10 and 9/11 in 2014 to make reservations. I got an answering machine in which I left a message for them to return my phone call. It is now Monday, 9/15, and they have never returned my phone call. I do not want to do business with anyone who does not provide customer service with a return phone call to take my reservation. No stars for this tearoom.
