I agree with Jessica and Tami. I have been to quite a few tea rooms in the area over the years and Southern Belles is consistently the best. Same owners for years ... same quality food and service for years. When the owners have the passion for every aspect of their tea room, it shows! I hope my children take me here for Mother's Day!
