The Corner Rose Tea Room
If I had to use one word to describe this place I would say exquisite! I had my daughter Kristin’s Bridal shower here and it was more than I could have ever dreamed of. This little tea room is the nicest place I could have ever hoped for. Beautifully decorated with ribbons, flowers and all of the feminine touches from the place settings, serving pieces, and hats and shawls. My daughter is a hat person, and she had an incredible time as well as everyone else. Kelly was sick that day and our hostess Laura was incredible, hand making most of the food, which was delicious and beautiful. She was an absolute delight. I cannot tell you how much we all enjoyed this place. My daughter and all of our guests will be talking about this place for along time to come. We are looking for excuses to go back. Whoever said this place was not worth it, is not being fair. I cannot imagine anything better, or tastier. We enjoyed everything from the 4 different teas right down to the hats. We also kept Laura and the other young lady busy buying up her different teas they have for sale. Most of us had to travel more than 30 miles to get there, and with the help of Mapquest, I can say it was very easily found. Keep up the teariffic job. We will be back. Don’t forget to give generously for a very good cause, and your hostess separately as well.
