I love this tea shop!! The staff are friendly and knowledgable. They know exactly where their teas come from, what makes them special, and how to match my nebulous desire to try something new to the new, perfect cup of tea. They will do custom blends, or hook you up with one of hundreds of delicious & cleverly named brews. Lots of fun bits and bobs are also available in-store. They are slightly pricier than similar items on amazon, but the difference is far less than average shipping & my dollars stay in the community. They support several local charities with in-store tips and work really hard to give back to the community. A serious committment to the local community and the health & welfare of staff & customers set this local business apart from other shops you might use. One of the things that made me sadded about moving away from Glens Falls was leaving this gem, but not to fear: personalized service with zippy & reasonable shipping make Sensibiliteas accessible even though I'm 3 hours away. I have induced several friends far and wide to try Sensibiliteas & folks from PA to Chicago are now regular customers. Don't miss Earl Grey Bravo, Waves of Joy, Afternoons With Aunt Fay & Strawberry Fields.
