(I only gave her poot on everything because I could not leave a comment without filling this area out.) I have read the reviews for Barbara's Teahouse, and wanted to take my mother, daughter and granddaughter. But it bothered me to have to decide what we were going to order, especially when we had never been there. I have had a head injury and having her read the menu to me over the phone to make our order was impossible. I also did not like having to give her a credit card number over the phone. I have never had to do this at any tearoom I have ever been to. We didn't go. We went to Garden of Eve Tea Room, which is just down the street from us and had a great time.
We are sorry our policy for reservations made you uncomfortable. We hope in the future you will come by and meet my staff and I. Our menu and policies for reservations are posted on the website, but we understand not everyone uses the Internet.
