The Empress Tea Room & Event Dinning
I have been going to Empress Tea room for almost a year I think it is one of the largest tea rooms I have been to in the Tampa Bay area. What I like is there is a formal The owner is very motivated to make your experience the best and very gracious and kind. The lunch menu is great I love her salads and of course the chocolate bon bons and the belgium chocolate strawberries!!!!
