Rose Arbour Tea Room
My Mother, friends, and family have been going there for a number of years. I highly recommend it. The current staff is just wonderful! We will be going in a couple of weeks. Their lunch is as wonderful as their desserts. I feel they are reasonably price as well. Chester is such a nice community to visit.
