The Blue Bird Country Tea Room is excellent! It is my favorite tea room. The environment is wonderful - so peaceful. The two dining rooms are each uniquely decorated. One is formal with a fireplace and the other is more country. No detail has been spared in the decorating! They offer a large variety of gourmet loose teas and tea bags. I have tried many of the flavors and they are ALL delicious! The menu offers several choices, plus they run specials regularly. I have been so many times that I have tried everything. It is all scrumptous! I recommend the Blue Bird salad! It is a combination of mixed greens, rotini pasta, cheese, bacon, grape tomatoes, candied pecans, and strawberries! Such a neat combination. I recommend the Raspberry Vinagrette with it! The desserts are to-die-for! The tea time is especially wonderful! The staff is so attentive as well. They are always pleasant and cheery. I look forward to the next time I can go again. It really is a treat!
