No refunds given due to snow/hazardous road conditions for December 17th tea even though I called that afternoon to find out if it was being canceled. I was told that I would be charged for the 3 reservations that I had made because they had already orderd the food from the caterer. Since I had been asked for my credit card number when making my reservation they charged my card later that afternoon for the full price of $64 plus tax for a served high tea for 3 people. Not wanting to throw $64 away, I asked for the food that I was forced to pay for. The next day I was given three plastic foam plates of what had been served plus 3 bags of tea that made 8 cups each. So I dug out my own tea china and partook in the most expensive home tea party for my neice and her mother that I've ever had. The building itself is quite pretty but I do not recommend this tea room.
