Alice's Tea Cup, Chapter I
Quite frankly, I am shocked by the negative reviews Alice's Tea Cup has received. I am there on a regular basis, and while they are swamped on weekends, it is for good reason. The adorable atmosphere, delightful staff, and probably the best scones I've ever had are only the beginning of the experience at Alice's Tea Cup. I know quite a bit about tea, and they have an excellent selection of loose teas that they serve by the pot in the restaurant and sell loose. And to be frank again, just because it's not necessarly a 'traditional' British afternoon tea, doesn't make it worse. Cheers to Alice's Tea Cup for re-inventing afternoon tea for those of us who are willing to think outside the box.
