Tea House on Los Rios
We traveled by train, walked a short distance, and there we experienced a wonderful afternoon. The scones are truly delicious, better than any I have tried. I loved the Kyoto Cherry Rose Tea. Our server was helpful, and professional. I recommend this beautiful little place to everyone!
