Crest Hill Tea Room
I recently visited Crest Hill Antiques and Tea Room with my sorority sisters for Mother's Day Tea. What a treat!! The shop is lovely and the tea room cozy and beautifully decorated. The variety of tea was quite impressive and we all enjoyed being able to smell the different loose teas in the cannisters before settling on our choices. We enjoyed the tea sandwiches but we were truly impressed when the fresh fruit, scones (amazing!) and desserts arrived! Everything was fresh and moist and absolutely delicious. It was a wonderful experience - we were never rushed and the service was fabulous - and I will definitely visit again and again - especially when I have time to shop and fully enjoy the antiques as well.

The Pink Bicycle Tea Room
My sorority sisters and I had the pleasure of having tea at The Pink Bicycle yesterday and were very pleased with the whole experience. The scones were absolutely amazing -large and buttery! I enjoyed the high tea and was very impressed. The salad was beautifuland fresh and sported an unusual, tasty dressing. The finger sandwiches were delicous - especially their signature cucumber sandwich. Dessert was wonderful as well - we especially enjoyed their rich, dense brownies. There were seven of us and we were allowed to try as many of the teas as we wanted (and we tried several). Our tea servers were gracious and attentive, refilling teas, keeping us well supplied with food, taking our photos...I will definitely return!
