The Front Porch Tea Room
I visited the Front Porch Tea Room with my daughter, daughter-in-law, two granddaughters and several friends. This was the first time for most of us. We had a great time and really enjoyed the food. The Chocolate Coconut Tea was very good as was the Cherry Blossom Black Tea. Ambrosia was perfect with the toasted coconut and the salad with House dressing was great. I liked the Chilled Strawberries and Cream soup and the ladies who chose Chicken Corn said it was delicious. Sandwiches were very good. I particularly liked the Cucumber with Cream Cheese and lemon pepper on Rye. Chocolate cake was great and the Lemon Mousse was very good. We will definitly be back. This was the Mother's Day Tea, but I'm sure the other menus are just as good.
