To The Talking Teacup - Congradulations on your 5 year anniversary! I have visited this Tea Room on multiple occassions and have always had a wonderful time, fantastic food, perfectly prepared tea and friendly service. The Talking Teacup continues to be a Best Of Philly, Bucks County gem. I love their soups, each one is so savory and just the thought of their fresh warm scones a makes my mouth water. I always recommend this tea room. It is a great escape, and wonderful way to enjoy a breakfast or lunch.
