Captain's Cottage
I brought my daughter for tea here, and we had a wonderful experience! We each ordered the four course tea, which comes with a scone/salad/4 tea sandwiches/fruit & sweets. I was told that they recently revamped their menu and I think they did a great job. The food was delicious and filling. I've been to many tearooms and in my opinion their scones and salads are some of the best I've had. They even serve real English Devonshire cream with the scones. The tea room is very sweet, and the ladies that run it are charming. I know we will be back. Thank you!

My husband and I drove over an hour to get to this tea room. It was well worth it! I would say this is one of the best tea rooms in Northern California, and I have been to many. The food was so good, best scones I've had. My husband even commented on how fresh the food was. The owner was very nice. The room is sweetly decorated, very pretty and tranquil. We will definitely be back.
