Intelligentsia Coffee & Tea, Inc.
I've been their big supporter for a long time until a couple of poor service and product experiences turned me off completely. First, both their tea and coffee quality has gone down. And I don't think it's so much a product issue as more 'lack of care', laziness on behalf of their stuff. Which brings me to the second point: people are either very unhappy or rather snobby at that establishment. Feels like you have to belong to their clique to be treated like a human being. Sorry, I will go to Tea and Coffee Exchange for my daily cup of tea from now on.
