I was very disappointed with the entree menu for the Sunday brunch. We are all urged to follow a healthy life style and although it is not possible at every meal, a restaurant must offer an alternative item instead of slathering either of the only two menu choices with a huge amount of hollandaise sauce. Either a sauce should be optional or served on the side If that is not possible as I was told, that the sauce is already on the dish and cannot be served another way then there should be an additional item that is not loaded with cholesterol on the menu. Many older people unfortunately have restrictions regarding cholesterol and young people are encouraged to watch their intake. The fresh fruit salad was excellent and the desserts good but rich, However, with dessert one can take it or leave it or just sample as much or as little as one wants. That is not possible with the 2 entrees.
