Higinbotham's Bed & Breakfast and Tea Room
I love this tearoom! The food, teas, service and location are excellent. I recommend this tearoom to all my friends and out of town visitors. The Higinbotham Teas are the best in PA, MD, and VA. It should be ranked in the top 10.
