Victorian Tea Garden
What can I say? I love afternoon tea and have enjoyed it at many different places - both here in Pittsburgh and in Scotland and England. This is the best place I've been to in Pittsburgh. They import real clotted cream from England. The china is gorgeous. The tea chest is filled with incredible and unique teas, some of which I've never before seen. I give this place two lace-gloved thumbs up.
