Abbey Garden Tea Room
Cutest little place, warm and comfortable, quiet and inviting, with a huge selection of tea, it's fun to get different types and share. The dishes are beautiful and the food always tastes great. The menu has a lot of different combination options. On the downside, they used to do free refills but not anymore, so two and a half cups is about all you're getting. Also, the service is iffy sometimes, and they stop seating after 4:30pm even though they don't close until 6:00pm and will turn you away if you arrive a minute or two after 4:30pm.
