Abbey Garden Tea Room
Today my friend and I made the long drive from Everett to Bellingham to celebrate her birthday with High Tea at Abbey Garden. The Tea Room was quite lovely....unfortunately the food was horrible. The sausage rolls were like bricks. The sandwiches were barely filled with a spread....not real egg salad or chicken salad...but a pureed spread. What we got was no texture spread on dried bread. The trifle was mostly whipped cream. Having had many high tea's around the state, we were VERY disapointed and will not return.
