Lavender Bleu Gift Shop and Tea Room
I have just read three very uncomplimentary reviews of Lavendar Bleu Tea Room. I cannot believe that these ladies were talking about the same tea room where I had tea. I (and my friend) thought our experience was outstanding! We are both long-time tea drinkers and love to explore tea rooms. Our high tea at Lavendar Bleu was presented in a delightful manner. Each course was delivered on unique china that was as interesting as the food itself. The servers could not have been more personable and attentive. The room's ambience was definitely NOT 'cutesy' as one reviewer stated. Rather it was cozy, spotlessly clean, and extremely charming....a room designed by and for 'ladies.' I have highly recommended this tea room as an enjoyable experience to many of my friends. I would not hesitate to return and would definitely take my out-of-town friends to visit it as a 'special experience' to celebrate the best of the northwest. Go see for yourself!
