Lisa's Tea Treasures
The owner and staff of Lisa's Tea Treasures was of immense help when I was confronted with the challenge of planning a Bridal Shower Tea in only three weeks; for my co-hostess had fallen ill and had to have emergency surgery. I am so grateful that I thought to call this tearoom. Dale Ann was very patient and helpful in selecting the teas and menu to be served. She even provided the lovely bridal shower party favors that so effectively and elegantly reflected the event. Upon arriving on Saturday morning, August 1, 2009, we found two beautifully set tables with pink china tea settings in our own private room. My guests, co-hostess, and I were enchanted with the delicious food and the two teas served ('Royal Wedding Tea' and the De-cal Green Tea with Pomegranate.) Some of the guests who 'never' drink tea had at least three cupfuls! Dale Ann's suggestion of having guests choose from the dessert tray proved to be a guest pleaser. All this added to make our Bridal Shower Tea a great success and memorable event! I definitely will not hesitate to plan another celebration at this tearoom. My co-hostess and I both thought the expense was worth every penny.
