The Victorian Parlor
My wife and I hosted a wedding shower recently at the Victorian Parlor. The 14 member party was treated royally to a high tea and were very impressed with the quality and value of the tea, food, service and ambience. It's easy to understand their high ranking in Pennsylvania!
