Bell Mansion Tea House
This was the worst restaurant I ever been too in my life. The service was horrible in the end after waiting over an over for an appetizer the waitress never came and checked on is for like 40 mins. I believe this place doesn't cater to African American

We have had many African American guests and have NEVER discriminated or compromised our excellent service when it concerns any of our guests. This is our FIRST negative review and it has left us a bit confused.
