Essencha Tea House & Fine Teas
I think Cincinnati Magazine was seriously mistaken when they recommended this tea house. The high school age servers could not have been more indifferent to the service they gave my mother-in-law and I on our visit last week. The food was bland, the tea was cold, the atmosphere was uninspired and the entire experience was forgettable. I won't be back.

We're very sorry we didn't deliver, Tara, and would have welcomed your comments in the store had you given us a chance to make your experience right, as it's our policy to not let anyone leave unhappy.
The youngest person that could've serviced you last week was 25, the avg. age of our staff is 29, so I'm wondering what the truth is here with regards to your comments.
