Maria's Tea Room and Catering
We dropped into Maria's Tea Room without a reservation today, Friday, and found that all the tables were taken, but we were offered immediate seating at the little bar area. The food was a bit slow in reaching us, due to the full capacity of the restaurant, but it was worth the wait! Both of us were thrilled with our meals. My salad was the best one I'd had in ages, grilled chicken, red/yellow peppers, mandarin oranges, strawberries, tortilla strips, candied almond slices, and an amazing poppyseed dressing. The grilled veggie pannini my friend had she declared to be just as good. We'd definitely return! We didn't have tea, but the site is making me choose a rating, so I'll say excellent, but who knows!
