Serenity Tearoom & Fine Dining
Oh. My. This place was absolutely fantastic. In the heart of Historic Downtown Frederick, it's a cozy little tearoom in a refurbished apartment. There are a couple of businesses on the second floor, but that does not detract from the peace that entering Serenity gives. Victorian style, take out the almost unnoticable electronics and it's a drop back into the 1880's. The food is amazing, just like the tea. The pastries nearly made me cry they were just that good. I recommend Serenity tearoom as one of the places to go before you die.
