Had my bridal shower here and had a reservation. The party arrived before the reservation but it took more than an hour for us to be seated. Our servers rushed through the tea, we weren't offered to choose teas and were given a tea without being told what it was. The service was sloppy, many people had tea spilled on them or on their plates. The sugars were not refilled, no spoons were given to us. It was a let down after hearing so many good reviews. I also found the dining area to be over crowded, too many tables in small areas.
