The Pacific Place starting offering a tea service this past July of 2006. They are actually a kiosk style business on the top floor of one of Hawaii's local mall. The seating is out in the open but their product exceeds it's surroundings. It's not white glove but you get a great pot(s) of tea and a 3 tier serving of tea goodies for a great price ($15). It's definately a place I will visit again.
