Barbara's Victorian Teahouse and Boutique
I have been to this fabulous tea house on several occassions: birthday party(party of 12), afternoon tea(party of 4), and a baby shower(party of 39) and a few other times (small parties). During every visit, the service, food, and hospitality was absolutely wonderful! Barbara and her staff are very friendly. They make you feel as if you were family. When you walk into this Victorian house, you feel like you are in a different era. You can purchase or borrow their hats to add to the event. On every occassion, Barbara and her staff have greeted us with such kindness- a very welcoming atmosphere. The victorian house is absolutely gorgeous! The service is wonderful. Even with our party of 39, we did not have to wait on anything. All of my friends and family commented about the wonderful time they had at our tea party. They always made sure that our teapots were full and that we were enjoying ourselves. They have an excellent variety of teas- a wide array of delicous flavors. The tea sandwiches (especially the cucumber one) were wonderful and you have to try the tasty quiche! The quiche is a must have. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for an excellent place to have great tasting tea and gorgeous ambience. Every time that I have been to Barbara's tea house, her and her lovely staff ensured that my stay was perfect. I walk away from this place refreshed, relaxed and very content. The staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to please us. As far as the menu, Barbara will go out of her way to ensure that your party is satisfied. For the larger parties, Barbara was very flexible with the menu, ensuring that we got everything we wanted. I feel that the price is very reasonable for the quality of time that is spent at this tea house. My experiences at Barbara's Tea house have always been wonderful! I cannot wait until my next visit.
