Lovely little place. They focus on tea, especially boba drinks and milk tea. It's a great area in North Hollywood to drink tea and work. They have a really nice patio out back where they host lots of events.

Tea with Tracy
Love this place. It's small and quaint. They serve traditional afternoon tea and every single food item on the menu is great. They have countless tea choices you never have to get the same thing twice. A lot of the teas are blended right there but they also have some blends from other companies like Simpson and Vail. Great place! I really can't say enough good things about it.
