Tea House on Los Rios
I’ve visited this tea house many times as I live in town. Pricey!! Very pricey. But good. Tea sandwiches and tea are the best but they also have interesting entrees. The only thing that is weird is that instead of Devon cream for the scones (which is not hard to get—you can buy it in unrefrigerated bottles for goodness sake!), they have their own sour cream based concoction that just is not right!
