This place has not moved (?) It's in Japan town and I just went there twice to celebrate high tea - both on Queen Elizabeth jubilee celebration and Christmas tea. They always have festive events and gifts for these evens.

Imperial Tea Court - Berkeley
Besides good tea and tea oil, This place has the most authentic pulled noodle soup I've found in the u.s. The outdoor seating is peaceful and it's a great hideaway from the street. Sometimes hard to even find.
