Belladonna Gift Boutique and Tea Room
We have been here several times before, but this trip was just awful!!! The owner seemed upset and every time we asked her for anything I felt we were putting her out. The food was good, but we have had better here before. I am so sorry to say the service was so poor we are canceling our next trip and will look else where to do tea in the future.Such a disappointment.

I really tried as best as possible to serve you and your friends with respect. It was very difficult when the two other reservations refused to stay due to the noise from your infants. I even introduced you to my 20 month old granddaughter to show I was not against infants and toddlers. But.... kind consideration is expected in regards to the noise level in such a small quaint tea room such as ours. I am truly sorry my service was not my best but due to the economic climate I could not afford to loose the $150.00 when the other guests couldn't put up the noise from the infants. I do hope you will come in again and we can both try to make your experience better.
The menu today has been the same for the last month because everyone is raving about these new flavor combinations. Again, maybe my requesting that you take your children out of the tea room when they begin to fuss is what really caused your comments. Thank you,Donna
