Ploughcroft Tearoom
As a Brit, now living in Virginia, it was lovely to have my best cup of loose leaf Earl Grey in 3 years. Plus the Afternoon tea delicacies were delicious. All set in a wonderfully understated British elegance - antiques, china cups and linen tablecloths and napkins. A real treat!
