The Propylaeum Tea Room
My daugthers and I have a tradition of having tea at Christmas. This was the worst experience we have ever had in all the years we have done this. Very little food, the sandwiches were spread so thin you had a hard time telling what they were supposed to be. They were piled over top the scones, presentation was poor. The place settings were very common, plastic. No linens were used. There was a large pile of dirty dishes on a table and on the floor near our table. Service was slow. We were offered 2 teas, you had to ask for sugar or cream.
