I had an afternoon tea here with my bridesmaids for my bachelorette party and it was great. The space itself is really pretty and they offer a variety of Harney and Sons tea. The sandwiches are also very good.

All Migh-Tea Boba shop
Best place to get boba! I love their cookies and cream blended boba tea. They also come in the cutest cups. The vibe is really casual and great for just hanging out with friends at the outlets. Definitely a must for a My Hero Academia fan too.
