Sometimes I wonder how some people could be going to the same establishment as I am. I see *most* of the reviews showing excellence in all or most areas, while a very small number of people seem to have not had an enjoyable time. I truly think the availability of hundreds of *antique* teacups is a wonderful thing. Do some of the cups have chips? yes, a few do, they are antique after all. Do a few have age-old tea stains? Yes a few have, they're antique after all. The charm of this lovely tea house is that recognition of the 'art' of tea, the 'heritage' of tea, and the multi-generational qualities that this establishment allows us to enjoy and pass along to our younger generations. I for one, don't mind the occaisional tea stain in my cup when I realize that someone's great grandmother might have handed this cup and saucer down so that I could enjoy it today.
