Terrible! Had previously tried to book tea for me and my sister - was told we could not because they needed a full 24-hours in advance to prepare the food (I called 22 hours in advance). So, when I booked this time, I was looking forward to a nice homemade afternoon tea. I was very disppointed. The tea came in teabags, the scones (if you could call them that) came with an unappealing lemon-yogurt-sour-cream concoction, the sandwiches were soggy, and every single dessert was STALE. Everything tasted as though it had been prepared > 24 hours ago, and I wouldn't be surprised if that was exactly what they usually did - as we ate, I saw several saran wrapped three-tiered sandwich / dessert plates - it looked as though workers were carrying them to a back refrigerator (for the next day). Would not recommend - will not be going back. Truly a waste of money!

Visited with my husband in the fall, had the full Duchess of Windsor (e.g. sandwiches, scones, desserts). Tea was o.k., but portions were VERY small for afternoon tea standards. Were given the smallest amount of milk imaginable, despite telling staff we were big milk-in-our-tea drinkers. Expensive for what it was - and halfway through our tea the staff sat down together to eat and chat, and we were ignored for the rest of our visit.

Great place to go if you like bubble tea. Many varieties + mochi ice cream. Would definitely recommend.

Took my sister for afternoon tea for her birthday on a Saturday afternoon. The place is nicely decorated, pretty cutlery, had a good feel to it - definitely felt we could sit there for a couple of hours and relax - had the English Breakfast tea which was a bit too strong, my sister had the Jasmine tea, which smelled amazing, but came out a bit watery and weak. Enjoyed the sandwiches, although they were a bit on the salty side; scones were good - you get a choice of either one big one (blueberry, cranberry, raisin) or two smaller ones (choc chip, orange / cranberry, cinnamon, etc). I went for a big cranberry scone and my sister went for two small orange cranberry scones. Hers were much tastier than mine. Good value - you get the whole shebang for $16 a person. Would definitely recommend. Will be going back soon!
