The best tea room in my experience!Extraordinarily flavorful food, 97% made on-site and it shows!Intimate, upscale setting without the attitude! Blanch & staff are personable and knowledgable about the art of tea rooms. Close to great shopping in Frederick! I highly recommend Serenity Tearoom and would not change a thing!
