would like to let you know that I have been traveling across the US for work over the last several months and along the way I have gone to other tea stores. None of them compare to yours! I enjoy the friendly and knowledgeable staff and the stimulating conversation. At many tea stores you place your order, give your name and they pass you your drink. No communication and certainly no transfer of knowledge (even when I ask questions regarding the tea). Thank you so much for the quality service and product!
