Elise's Tea Room
I visited ELISE's tea room last week and i was quite disenchanted with the place itself but impressed with the service and staff apart from Elise. This tea room is a must see although cluttered you have to search for those diamonds in the rough. Afew down notes on this place is that it seems to be ALL about Elise, from figure skating awards that are years old and never been dusted to a wall dedicated to herself. I have to reconsider my visit next time as I am not keen to the clutter in this tiny room nor the way Elise herself brought all three courses with in a five minute span. Needless to say I felt like an unwanted guest in a playhouse of 'ELISE.' Asfar as the style suggested by tea maps; it is far from British. Scones are served first here.
